Data writes to Google Sheet (raw data – protected), then
Seperate Google Sheet for the Contractor imports data from Submitted Sheet.
Raw data remains safe and unaltered.
4. DRAFT & FILTER
Contractor filters monthly photos, edits draft columns.
5. REVIEW & COMMENT
PM's representative views draft, comments on description/quality.
Accepts or rejects each photo.
6. TRACK PROGRESS
Built-in counter shows: Draft / Selected / Rejected.
7. SELECT 60 PHOTOS
Once counter hits 60, Contractor proceeds to formal submission.
8. AUTO LOCATION PLAN
GPS data links to Google Maps / Earth. Location plan generated.
9. LEARN & IMPROVE
Contractor reviews rejected photos + PM comments for future work.
